About the job

You will create the best experience for Chaty users both Android and iOS. Working as a part of the Mobile App Product Team, your role will not only be to measure and analyze how our users behave but also to take part in the decision-making process regarding future directions for our apps. You will become an integral member of our data-driven and user-oriented team, ready to give support and share knowledge whenever needed.

What you'll be doing

• Defining KPIs and measurement plans, creating reports and dashboards

• Preparing measurement specifications for new features in cooperation with our Engineers

• Working as a part of an agile product development team on a day-to-day basis (take part in standups, brainstorming sessions, planning and backlog refinements)

• Planning and analyzing A/B testing to increase user experience and ultimately conversion

Required skills

• Over 3 years of experience in digital analytics

• Knowledge in SQL - data exports and SELECT-statements

• Profound knowledge in statistics - e.g. average, mean, quantiles, correlation etc.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect and analyze data to generate business insights

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with BI-Tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery or Tableau

• Experience with LTV calculations and predictions

• Thorough knowledge of global apps and marketing ecosystem

• Basic knowledge in a programming or a script language

• Know how in planning and conducting A/B tests
